Partnership Manager and Legal Research

Ramani is a third-year law student at Brooklyn Law School and is one of GGL’s Brand & Partnership Managers. At school, She serves as the Diversity Chair of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society and is currently part of a Technology and Startup Clinic. Outside of law school, she loves catching live music, cooking, and searching for knick knacks at local shops and flea markets.

Leah serves as a creative media producer for Girls Gone Legal. She is a 1st year law student at Elon University School of Law who has a passion for digital storytelling. She has a background in political communications and community outreach.

Tola Osipitan is a 3L at Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Originally from Albany, New York, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from Saint Peter’s University, where she was also a Division I athlete. Tola plans to practice intellectual property law, with a focus on supporting creatives and talent in protecting and growing their brands. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and innovators safeguard their work while navigating the intersection of law, business, and modern culture.

Originally from Long Island, New York, I am now a Florida-based attorney dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for my clients. During my time at College of Law, I served as Chair of the Law School Council, Vice President of the Black Law Students Association, and a member of the Law School Council Board.

Nicole Verdi is a rising family law professional and a 2024 graduate of New York Law School, where she led the Media, Entertainment, and Fashion Law Association and completed Fordham’s Fashion Law Bootcamp. She recently sat for the February 2026 Florida Bar Exam. Nicole has experience as a Judicial Law Clerk and has worked with entertainment firms and talent agencies, focusing on contracts, intellectual property, and supporting creative talent. While her primary interest lies in family law, she also brings experience in entertainment and IP matters. A Seton Hall graduate with a background in political science and public relations, Nicole combines a diverse legal foundation with a passion for advocacy and client-focused work.

Katie is a Canada born, New York–based actor, Dean’s List 3L at New York Law School, and Senior Law Clerk at Kahn Media Law, where she focuses on contracts, trademarks, and reputation management for creatives. With  years  acting experience and a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, she brings a rare blend of legal insight and industry knowledge to every project. Katie is also the co-founder and co-host of Girls Gone Legal, created to help aspiring and current lawyers connect, learn, and navigate the profession with confidence.

Vanessa Spataro is a third-year Philosophy, Politics, and Law student at Binghamton University, minoring in Education and Writing Studies. She is a part of the Women in Law Association and Phi Alpha Delta, a pre-law organization. Vanessa is passionate about advocacy and plans to pursue a career in entertainment law, with a particular interest in media, entertainment, or fashion law. Outside of school, she is an ambassador for the nonprofit Wonder Girls, where she leads young women through mentorship and leadership development, helping cultivate future female leaders.

Bella serves as the Legal Research & Content Coordinator while completing her third year at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Passionate about sports law, she is the Editor-in-Chief at the Sports Law Review as well as the Vice President of Sports at her school. When she’s not studying, you’ll find Bella staying active or experimenting in the kitchen.

Ashley is a third-year law student at South Texas College of Law Houston and is serving as a Brand & Partnership Manager and working with the Legal Research and Content Coordination team. She also is the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society at her school. Outside of school, she can usually be found at a live event or buried in a romance novel.

Kelly is a sophomore at Penn State University, studying public relations with a minor in political science. Kelly is a critical part of our social media team that makes Girls Gone Legal come to life.

Lauren is a product design student pursuing her MFA at the School of Visual Arts and the creative director behind Girls Gone Legal. With a background in business and a passion for crafting compelling brand identities, she brings creative concepts to life through thoughtful art direction and visual storytelling. Her work bridges strategy and design, making complex ideas accessible and visually engaging.

Sofia received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from New York University. Sofia’s is commitment to excellence is reflected in the ability to resolve complex legal matters, honed through previous internships and educational pursuits. With a focus on problem-solving, public speaking, and negotiation, I am dedicated to delivering superior client satisfaction and efficiency in the fast-evolving legal landscape of real estate.

Jenita is a 2nd year computer science student at University of California, Santa Cruz and is joining as a Creative Media Producer! She’s passionate about the intersection of technology and law and hopes to pursue a future career in intellectual property/cyber law. Outside of academics, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling and spending time with friends & family!.
