In 2023, Nicole and Katie connected at New York Law School through a mentor-mentee relationship that quickly grew into a meaningful friendship. They discovered a shared passion for the legal field, professional development, and creating authentic spaces for conversation within the legal community. Their connection was built on mutual encouragement, ambition, and a desire to make the legal profession feel more approachable and inclusive for aspiring attorneys and young professionals.

As they navigated law school together, Nicole and Katie recognized the importance of storytelling, mentorship, and representation in the legal industry.
